I am a software engineer currently working at TikTok Singapore.

My primary technical interest is in Information Retrieval. Since my college years, I have participated in IR-focused research projects, including working on the query processing component for a domain-specific search engine as my university final project. In my first full-time role, I worked on search ads at Tokopedia, an Indonesian e-commerce company, where I deep dived on retrieval and ranking systems. Currently, I am eager to see how the rapid growth of AI will shape the development of IR and search systems.

In my free time, I enjoy watching movies and TV shows, playing RPGs on my PlayStation or Nintendo Switch, playing badminton, and occasionally playing the drums (though I’m not very good at it).
